Today’s shot comes from an American football match.
When I shoot a game I like to tell the story of the whole event, I therefore usually take photos of everyone involved, from the players & action to the officials, coaches, side line crew, crowd, medics, the lot.
The officials are affectionately known as zebras because of their striped tops. There can be up to 7 per game and the one with the white cap is in charge.
When you shoot as many games as I do you end up on first name terms with lots of the officials.
