Today’s shot was another taken on my walk over to the town centre. I was walking across Morrison’s car park trying to find a suitable subject when I passed these trolleys and thought they might make a reasonable subject.

Old Tulip
Today’s shot was taken on the kitchen table, and is a macro closeup of a tulip. The flower has been on the table for a little while, so much so that when I moved them nearer half the petals fell off.

I’m not sure what you call this, an art installation, statues? The little water fountains have lights which change colour and the three brass monoliths represent flames, I think.

I see the war memorial in the town centre most times I venture in to town, which is usually several times a week as we live so close.
Motoring
When you have to take a photo every day and you work full time and work night shifts occasionally so you don’t actually see any daylight, you sometimes have to be a bit inventive when finding subject matters.

I’ve entitled this one as ‘Tess 1′ for the simple reason that I expect to be taking quite a few more shots of our Border Collie over the next year.
