Today’s shot was taken on the way back from a trip to Milton Keynes’ Ikea.
We came across a long holdup on the A421 and as we approached the front of the queue this is what the cause was.
Evening Moon
Today’s shot was a moon, taken during the early evening rather than night when most people shoot the moon, also not a full moon.
I took this shot in the garden at around 7.45pm from the garden.

To my middle daughter who was 18 today.

New Project – Part 2
Today’s shot is my current project, to build an item to help me with some photography.
The small tripod arrived from ebay today, a little 50″ tripod for about £8. I don’t need the whole thing, just one part of it.

A hard case for the iPhone
My latest addition to the iPhone photography gear arrived today from sunny California & is an update to my Diff case.
I got the Diffcase some time ago, it’s a hard plastic case for the iPhone which comes with two tripod bushes, you can see it on the photo of my Triggertrap a few days ago.

I turned up for work at 7am only to find I should have started at 9am to attend a day’s course.

This one was taken around 2.30 in the morning in the back garden as I came in from the shed.

Today’s shot was another late night shot. I’m on a late shift, get out of bed around 1030, go to work and get back about 10.30pm leaving me about an hour to take a shot.
Choices can be limited by the night, the location (home) and the time available.

Today’s shot shows one of my most recent purchases for the iPhone, a Triggertrap.
The Triggertrap is an App and a couple of leads which attach from the iPhone to the camera remote connector.

Today’s shot was taken on my walk back through the town from a trip to the dentist.
This is the view up the Broadway in Letchworth from the railway station end up towards the fountain.

Today my daughter went to London to collect her Olympic Volunteer uniform and kit.
She attended a warehouse where she was presented with a sackful of goodies.

Girlies Play Too
Yesterday saw the UK’s first ever female American football 5×5 contact tournament held at the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield.
Three teams played the tournament and the Hertfordshire Tornadoes (born out of the national Championship team the Hertfordshire Hurricanes) were the winners.

This one was taken with an iPhone 4S and £5 add-on macro lens. Same bunch of flowers.

My wife had a meeting so I took my youngest and our cameras for a few hours walking round the city.
